I have an '87 chevy with a plow. the plow is the old fisher style, ya know the hydraulic cable type shit, with the joystick mounted on the dash. before the minute mounts, that's simple. it goes up and down no problems, but makes a god awful whining noise when i try to turn it. i'm in the process of taking the assembly apart. any ideas?
