No Shoveling - Just Push.
This is the real deal. Unlike the ineffective plastic shovels and snow pushers being sold today, this is a heavy duty steel blade snow pusher. Your snow removal work is cut in half. There's no shoveling. All you have to do is push. I'm glad I purchased a 30inch blade because this is a heavy tool.... -

PROTECH Pushers ... Cat "Snow pusher" snow blizzard ...
How are the ice blocks of igloos so perfectly formed and fitted, and able, it's been said, to withstand the weight of a polar bear? How can you determine if the fresh snow that's fallen outside your front door is as good for making a slab shelter as a snowman? What is a slab shelter, anyway? For that matter, what are drift caves, spruce traps, snow block walls, and bivy bag shelters, and how would you go about building them, whether for winter fun or protection from the weather? In this instructive, whimsical, illustrated manual, Norbert E. Yankielun, a seasoned cold-regions explorer and researcher, takes readers step-by-step through the process of constructing and inhabiting a range of useful snow structures--from the most basic to the more complex. Whether you're a veteran backcountry skier or a backyard builder, this is one book you won't want to be without.

Mike Martin an entrepreneur since youth
Mike Martin was an entrepreneur before the word became the definition of much of the economic development activity in Galesburg. From snow shoveling and mowing lawns as a student at Churchill Junior High School to working full time at Maytag as a high school student, to a number of businesses he now owns and operates with his wife, Karen, Martin’s career includes everything from building a subdivision to helping victims of natural disasters as varied as hurricanes and blizzards.
It all started for Martin, 53, in 1970 when he shoveled the snow off neighbors’ sidewalks for $1.50 to $2 a sidewalk. He remembers going to Farm King and buying a Lawn Boy riding mower at about the same time and beginning a lawn-mowing business. He was a newspaper carrier for The Register-Mail in the mid-1970s.
In 1979, while a senior in high school, “I had a full-time job at Maytag,” he said. “There were probably four of us seniors at the high school that had full-time jobs (at the factory). It had to be second shift.”
Garant Snow Pusher | Snow Removal Equipment
The 36-inch Garant Alpine Snow pusher is big, sturdy and reliable. Because it’s 36 inches wide, the Garant snow pusher should be able to clear a standard driveway in no-time flat. It only weighs 11-pounds and that gives plenty of sturdy push power behind this tool. If it were regular shovel, 11 pounds plus the snow might be too heavy to manage. But, with the Garant snow pusher, you don’t have to lift it, you just push the snow off to the side. This beats regular shoveling all day long.

Cuts well through packed snow Snow pusher works great in 6-Inches or less Central New Yorker says it’s exceeded his expectations Use on a long, paved driveway and it makes clearing so fast This is the next best thing to a snowblower or plow Clears in little to no effort for 3 to 4 inches of powdery snow It can handle approximately 2-inches of wet and heavy slush Will remove a ton in no-time This is the best shovel ever. Faster than a blower in light snow Don’t let the plastic fool you. Been using mine for 12-years Is going to completely change the way a person removes snow School custodian who uses this at work says in 2″ of snow or less, this pusher works great Northern Ohio user says they “…love this shovel.” Customer Rants Is a stupid shovel Plastic edge is wearing out using it on asphalt. May last only a few years Will work only up to 5 or so inches of snow Not worth...
