If you go to Target, Home Depot or any of the other big chains that sell the Toro Electric Shovel you will probably find the same thing that I did...that it is SOLD OUT. Why? Because this is one of the most helpful tools to have ever been placed on the market. It works fairly well on small... -

I have a gravel driveway and now that winter is here, I need to be able to shovel/plow it. We don't have a plow ourselves, and it's a huge driveway and gravel area. We also have well water so I am concerned about putting anything down to melt the...
I DO have experience in this, as I have a gravel driveway and live in Wisconsin. I have my driveway plowed every snowfall. The plow does move a little gravel, but not so much it's a problem.
The snow plow "clearing" my apartment parking lot piled snow 3-feet high behind my car. I don't have a shovel (although I realize now I need one) so I spent the morning cleaing the snow with a broom (which is now ruined).
I would think so, probably with the outrageous amount of rent you're paying.

Judge says residents of snowy locales should expect slippery hills
Got snow?
Expect ice.
An Erie County judge, siding with the defense in a slip-and-fall case, said residents of areas that typically receive a lot of snow and ice should know that a snow-covered hill is likely to be icy and, therefore, slippery.
While Erie County Common Pleas Judge John Garhart's statement could arguably be considered "dicta" -- that is, authoritative, though not binding -- in an opinion that focused primarily on the application of Pennsylvania's "hills and ridges" doctrine, Daniel E. Cummins, a defense attorney with the Scranton law firm Foley Cognetti Comerford Cimini & Cummins, did note it was the first time he'd ever seen a judge so explicitly state that the dangers of slipping and falling on snowy surfaces should be obvious to residents of snowy locales.
"I haven't seen a judge be that straightforward in stating that a person that lives in an area that gets a lot of ice and snow should be well aware of these conditions and that [the danger of these conditions are] open and obvious," he said.
Quick Guide For Buying A Snow Plow And Shoveling Snow This Winter
If you are anything like me you enjoy winter as much as you hate it at the same time. There are many joys of winter, such as beautiful white trees, warm and fuzzy open fires with hot chocolate, but quite on the other side of the coin is snow on the driveway.
This is the kind of snow that we all hate and want to get rid of FAST. Most people would rather have somebody else get this snow off the lawn, because it can be so annoying and hard to remove yourself. Don't you agree?
That's why most people end up buying a snow shovel or two. They spend all their time shoveling away, but the next morning it's all back there again! This really sucks... You have worked hard to remove all the snow and you wake up only to see it again. Well there's a solution that is faster than shoveling and that's called plowing!
Yepp, a snow plow is a much more time efficient way to get rid of snow on your front lawn or driveway. I highly recommend either a snow plow that attaches to the front of your SUV, Truck or large car with controllers from the inside, or a seated snow plow that you drive yourself. Either kind will greatly help you remove the snow faster, making this task quite enjoyable.
Instead of using a shovel for hours, you can quickly and easily drive up and down the lawn or driveway a few times and quickly remove pretty much all the snow and get it to where it doesn't disturb you. It leaves a much cleaner view and it's easier to come back and remove the snow a second time.
There are quite a few places to purchase your snow plows from, but you should do some research first. There is a wide range of snow plows availiable on the market, and many can be had at a little discount online. I was quite amazed to see that Amazon didn't have that many to sell. Mostly accessories and drive-yourself snow plows actually.
Anyway, if you want to clear up your driveway faster and easier this winter, I highly suggest getting some kind of snow plow, especially...
