If you go to Target, Home Depot or any of the other big chains that sell the Toro Electric Shovel you will probably find the same thing that I did...that it is SOLD OUT. Why? Because this is one of the most helpful tools to have ever been placed on the market. It works fairly well on small... -

I wish you luck, Chad. You sound like a very energetic, hard-working young man! Distributing the flyers was a wise move. It's only been a couple of days....give it a little time.

One of the first French intellectuals to take a systematic interest in questions of language and meaning, Maurice Blanchot (1907--2003) substantially influenced such thinkers as Deleuze, Foucault, Barthes, Levinas, and Derrida. Until recently, Blanchot's work remained largely unknown outside France, in part because of its complexity and in part because Blanchot shunned intellectual celebrity. Over the past decade, however, nearly all of Blanchot's books have been translated into English, and worldwide interest in his fiction, cultural criticism, and philosophy has increased dramatically. Kevin Hart and Geoffrey H. Hartman bring together essays by prominent scholars from a range of disciplines to focus on Blanchot's diverse concerns: literature, art, community, politics, ethics, spirituality, and the Holocaust. The volume takes its title from Blanchot's idea that literature is "a power of contestation: contestation of the established power, contestation of what is..., contestation of language...

Why the Mandate Is Constitutional: The Real Argument
1.
The Supreme Court’s hearings in the health care case, US Department of Health and Human Services v. Florida , over a nearly unprecedented three days of oral argument in late March, generated all the attention, passion, theater, and constant media and editorial coverage of a national election or a Super Bowl. Nothing in our history has more dramatically illustrated the unique role of courtroom drama in American government and politics as well as entertainment.
The plaintiffs have asked the Court to declare the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional. The political and social stakes are enormous. But the legal issues, most analysts think, are not really controversial: the Constitution’s text, the Supreme Court’s own precedents, and basic constitutional principle seem obviously to require upholding the act. Analysts at first predicted a 7–2 decision rejecting the challenge. But they apparently misjudged the dedication of the ultraconservative justices, whose questions in the oral argument have now convinced many commentators that on the contrary, in spite of text, precedent, and principle, the Court will declare the act unconstitutional in June, by a 5–4 vote. That prediction may be too swift. There is still reason to hope, as I discuss later, that Justice Anthony Kennedy, often the swing vote between liberals and ultraconservatives, will have sufficient respect for congressional authority to save the act.
Electric Snow Shovel
Winter time is one of the most beautiful seasons of the years, especially when it snows. But to every coin there is a flip-side, and even though the sight of snow is indeed quite mesmerizing and beautiful, cleaning up the sidewalks from all the snow can be quite a chore… especially in the heights of winter, if you’re living in a region with frequent snowstorms. Thankfully, there’s an innovative gadget that was invented just a few years ago to facilitate the lives of anyone who were accustomed to using a shovel to clean their sidewalks… we’re talking of course about the electric snow shovel.
Many people assume the concept of an electric snow shovel sounds too good to be true, and they never get to try using one. This is a shame, because it does work like a charm, and it’s relatively inexpensive… especially considering the amount of manual labor it will keep you from doing.
What is an electric snow shovel, after all? If you’ve never seen an electric snow shovel, you might find the concept somewhat puzzling… but it’s actually simple. You can try to imagine electric snow shovels as a different kind of push lawn mower, except it’s meant to clear the snow, not mow the lawn. You just have to push the shovel along the path you want do clear, and it will throw the snow up to 30 feet away, while clearing about 15 inches wide of snow with each pass. In other words, a simple effortless flick from the electric shovel clears out more snow than you would by applying all your arm’s strength into the shovel a couple of times.
Once you’ve tried using an electric snow shovel, you will never want to go back to using an ordinary shovel to clear the snow from your sidewalks and roads. You will be impressed with how easily and quickly the snow can be cleared using this tool, and you will find the winter season much more enjoyable when cleaning the snow from the sidewalk does not feel like such a tedious and strenuous chore. There are several electric snow shovel models available on the market, and most of them (such as the ones we picked for this article) have generally favorable reviews, from regular users just like you.

Don’t tell the hundreds of people wearing moth-eaten Wings sweaters, wing nut head pieces, and self-satisfied expressions milling around outside the rink.
Of all the “out of town” fans, these guys are among the hardest to love.
But they do know their hockey. I’d rate them right up there with the Thrasher cognoscenti for hockey knowledge.
Will be missing another game on the TV thanks to DISH – the really sucky part this time is that the game is on NHL Network, but that’s blacked out on DISH for me ‘cos I should be watching it on CSN-CA – which they dropped.
Not quite sure why if they feel they can drop CSN-CA, they don’t feel they can unblock NHLN – I’ve asked them why – yet to hear back.
If I miss one or two more games without a resolution, I’m going to go through the hassle of switching providers (either to AT&T U-Verse or DirectTV)
Regarding Dish- Comcast: I posted the below a few posts ago and read this article a few minutes ago: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/timothy-karr/comcast-busted-new-tolls-_b_789786.html . I recommended Comcast fans reevaluate their allegiance.
“I think there is a bigger picture going on (regarding the Dish-Comcast) and it wasn’t about sports as much as it was one competitor standing up to another.
What would happen if Dish and DirecTV started buying stations, put their branding on them, and then up the price to Comcast? Its extremely anti-consumer and I’m surprised they Comcast was able to do that.
Here’s an brief history (it was worse)- Comcast Sports Network was started early/mid 2000’s as a channel to broadcast the Sacramento Kings in Northern California. Comcast said that if you wanted to see the Kings on that channel, you had to switch to Comcast. They didn’t even give DTV/ Dish or other providers the option to buy into the channel. It’s all anti-competitive, anti-consumer bullying. The other providers complained at some level of the anti-competitive behavior. Imagine if that worked and continued down the line. Would we all had to have Comcast cable to watch the Sharks?”
