I have an Ariens model 924022 snowblower. I broke the shear bolt that somehow engages the engine to the drive train. The engine just spins. Where do I locate this bolt so I can replace it?

I have an old Ariens snowblower with a detachable front half (the first and second stage). I am having a problem getting the drive belt back on the front half. The belt has too much slack. Does anyone know how the belt is suppose to back on? I'm looking at the repair manual for a 94032. and it shows an "adjustable attachment idler" wheel that moves and applies pressure to the drive belt. (Very similar to the idler wheel on the belt of your car engine.)

It is a worn bearing, eventually it will seize up or "explode" in either case causing more damage. this needs to be serviced now
