The other answerers are right. Neither the gas nor the snow blower should be anywhere inside your house, for both the fire and fume (gasoline vapors are carcinogenic) hazards. If you don't have a shed, use a tarp.

We can't get the engine to turn over. Snow is falling ever faster --- over 2' right now. It's practically new, bought it a few years ago but husband never liked it and used it only once. He wants to use it now and we can't get the engine to start.
replace old gas with fresh gas, put switch to on if it has one, put choke on and keep pulling rope. engines that are not used in a long time need to be cranked alot
