Brunswick city auction to bring wide variety of items - and shoppers

BRUNSWICK If not part of an open investigation, any property collected by the police department and unclaimed for 90 days or more “shall be sold at public auction,” according to the Ohio Revised Code.

“It usually originates when the bike corral gets filled up,” said Julie Murawski, administrative services manager for the city said of the annual city auction. “The police department has to get rid of items it no longer has a use for in a specified way, and the city goes along with that. These are things that are no longer any use to the city, but one person’s trash is another’s treasure. So we do it in the proper way and residents can benefit for not a lot of money.”

This year’s city auction will be held at 8 a.m. May 5 at city hall, 4095 Center Road. Murawksi said she and police department public information officer and community police coordinator Nick Solar have been collecting the more than 100 items available from various department heads for the past three months.

That's a very good resource to have, thanks for making it handy 2 cycled. I can say first hand that it works very well. I've used it fairly often to locate manuals for equipment I've had, or fixed for others. I've also found MTD to be very good about answering my email inquiries too. So for those who don't have luck with the manual look up, you might give the email route a try too.

Operators Manual for B748 Snow Blower - MyTractorForum.com - The ...

As far as I can tell from internet research, the B748 snow caster is the model that fits the early B7100. I have had no luck finding a copy of the B748 manual so I could check out the interface to the tractor. I am going Thursday to pickup what I think is a B748 snow caster. The model number is long gone. It has been adapted to a B5200 which has a different pulley setup in the front than my 1979 B7100. The end of my crank has the cooling fan pulley with a stub that I think is 27 mm with 20 splines. I am really interested in the interface that the B748 had with this splined shaft out to the electric pto clutch so I can check this blower out before I buy it. If any one has a schematic or the could explain the hookup, I would appreciate it.
