i forgot to winterize the snow blower a couple of years ago and it hasn't snowed enough to use it until recently so i want to get it running again.

Take the plug out.
Put the plug wire back on and touch the bottom of the plug to something metal on the snow blower.
The engine block works good, and your plug wire isn't long anyway.

Any idea why it might not be working? I got it at a garage sale this past summer. It looks like new. Starts well, and moves but won't chew the snow.
