This is being sold by the same part # as the SET of 6 blades, this is only 1 single blade. I don't know who would only change 1 blade, I was dissapointed when the item arrived, I retuned it promptly and ordered the complete set for $6 more.

What model #? If it is a smaller unit it can be very easy, They have 2 rubber paddles with only a few screws of them. Get some replacement paddles from a repair service shop ($20 each). Installation should take about 45 minutes.
These are basically the two options available to me in Toronto. Which of the two brands should I go for? And which model? toro 826 LE, toro 826 OE, this craftsman offered by sears Canada; http://www.sears.
The craftsman is a good machine.Toro makes a good product for the 3-5 inchs of snowfall. The craftsman is better for serious snow.

Sears Craftsman Snow Thrower
Sears Craftsman Snow Thrower Hello I am a consumer who was stupid enough to purchase a snow thrower from Sears. I have been contacting Sears Technical Repair since November to repair a snow thrower which has a repair and warranty agreement for three years. Well, it is now Feb. and after being out to my house 4-5 times to repair it they are telling me aall they can do is send the another technician out that has been trying to repair it since Nov. and that is all they can do for me. In the meantime, I have a $1000 piece of equipment sitting at the bottom of my driveway that the snowplows will probably destroy tonight because it won’t start and Sears won’t be able to send a technician out until next week!!!! Wow, that’s customer service for you.. Linda ZielinskiPark City Utah
Dear Ms. Zielinski,
I found your post here and I wanted to reach out to offer help. I’m so sorry to hear of the constant distress your snow thrower has caused you lately. With winter upon us, I know it’s beyond inconvenient to be without your snow thrower; having multiple repairs only adds insult to the problem I’m sure. My name is Scott and I’m with the Sears Social Media Support Team; we’d like to help. At your convenience please contact my office via email at smsupport@searshc.com so that we can help with resolving this issue. Please provide us a contact number and the phone number the snow thrower was bought under and we will call you at your convenience. In addition, include your screen name (Linda Zielinski) in the email so we can reference to your case.
Thank you,
Scott J.
