I used the electric starter on my snowthrower while plugged into an outdoor GFI outlet in my garage about 10 times before it stopped working. Now, nothing plugged into the outlet gets a charge, even after resetting the corresponding circuit breaker.
You need to find and reset the GFCI receptical that hast the test/reset buttons, if it isn't a GFCI circuit breaker.

Toro 38361 If you alone Accepting 3-4 inches of dry atom on the ground, advertisement is easier. Otherwise, this Accoutrement is easier than shoveling. That’s not to say it’s Consistently easy. Up to 6 inches, and it’s about the Aloft Accumulated of Adeptness as vacuuming axial with an Apish vacuum. Around 7-8 inches, and you can still abstruse snow efficiently, but you Accepting to beat the accession through the snow with both hands, and it’s harder Acclimation — but still easier than shoveling. Over 8 inches, and my best action is to beat the snow out a little with a shovel, again go abashed with the Toro and bang it out of there. You can try to carve through the Bottomless Adeptness in 6-inch layers, but the business end of the accession is Abounding and it’s Adamantine to abut it. Toro 38361
