Snapper LE 17. Engine runs fine. Blade rotates by hand, but does not move when the bar to engage power is depressed.
Since most of these devices are belt driven (very much like rototillers), check the belt to make sure it is engaging and tight when the bar is engaged.
After shredding 2 drive belts i finally corrected the problem after taking a hammer to the tensioner. Enjoy!
