much better units out there
this product is a cool idea...a leaf blower that turns vacuum w/the flip of a switch. Problem is, it doesn't do it nearly as well as it could or should. First, the impeller is plastic. One errant rock or hard piece of bark sucked up in the vacuum, and expect your blades to chip. Mine chipped... -
bag broke after usihg 2 times/very poor customer service
After the second use the zipper on the bag broke. Contacting customer service has been a nightmare. They don't answer the phone and a machine asks you to leave a call back number, which they say they will return in 24-48 hours, never happened. Finally after 2 weeks I finally got a hold of...

I would like to know what is a good blower.
I have a paved driveway and sidewalks + walkways to clear.
I also have snow higher than 12 inches during huge storms and i live in Ontario,Canada. Are there any good brands, types that you...
I had 2 snow blowers in the past 40 years (doing 2 driveways each time it snowed) i bought a AMF which i ran for 25 years and only changed clutch and belts lubricated it as it said in the manual sold it for $250.
My MTD snowblower which is brand new didn't start after filling it with gas after it ran out. Any suggestions? I think I might have flooded it.
If it flooded let it stand for a few minutes. If you never used it before make sure there is not a closed shutoff valve in the fuel line.
After you have checked those items, press the primer a few times and then go through startup.

At one time, Razor was a strapping, athletic, and active young man. Now, many years later, he has finally come to the realization that getting older really pisses him off. Now pear-shaped, slow, and forgetful, Razor is convinced he is not a pretty sight. Worse yet, Squatty Body-his lovely, strong-willed wife-is a real pain in his butt.In his first collection of humorous anecdotes and satirical commentary, based on real-life situations and current issues, retired teacher and avid storyteller R. Donaldson shares a delightful compilation of musings both hilarious and contemplative that highlight the adventures of Razor and Squatty Body-two characters loosely based on Donaldson and his own wife. Razor was born on the golf course and will do anything to win his opponents' quarters-including verbally slashing the enemy. Squatty Body is a deficient chef who has burned boiling water, screwed up buttered toast, and killed the neighbor's dog with her less-than-desirable cooking. Is the whole world...

Patrick Laperle Looks to Defend ACT Serie Castrol Title
WATERBURY, Vt. -- In 2011, Patrick Laperle of St-Denis, QC dominated the field on his way to his second Serie ACT Castrol Championship. After a historic season in which he posted 11 top fives in 12 starts with an average finish of 3.66, he will look to make an attempt at back-to-back championships in 2012, a feat that has never been done in the series.
The road to the championship will not be easy, however, due to challenges from two other former champs. Karl Allard of St-Félicien, QC will be hungry for a championship after finishing second to Laperle in 2011. Allard has already had a taste of the top, when he won the Serie ACT Castrol Championship in 2010. Allard will look to return the championship trophy to the Larue Industrial Snowblower/Gayor Construction mantle in 2012.
Donald Theetge of Boischatel, QC is the only driver, other than Laperle, who has earned more than one championship in the series. Theetge finished third overall in 2011 with 2 feature wins, but
