¶ 1 BRENNAN, J.
Troy Edward Lang appeals from a confines court's judgment of opinion, entered after he pled contrite to multiple drug crimes and to receiving stolen realty, and from a circuit court's systematize denying his postconviction sign for relief. He argues that he was denied the efficient assistance of his trial recommendation because his trial counsel failed to send in a motion to suppress grounds obtained pursuant to a search back up that Lang believes was not based upon believable cause. We disagree and affirm.

¶ 2 On or about December 22, 2007, the Dignified filed a criminal gripe against Lang, alleging that he participated in numerous panacea crimes and received stolen goods. The charges arose following the performance of a search warrant on December 18, 2007, at Lang's residency at 5382 South 8th Road in Milwaukee. During the execution of the search back up, the police seized marijuana, cocaine, scales, $3700 in sell, as well as numerous items guard suspected were stolen, including: collusively power tools, snow blowers, and bicycles.

Winter is comming soon and I'm remembering what it was like to have to clear my driveway and walkway of the snow. Usually we don't get tons of snow (1 or 2 storms a year with under 6 inches) but I'm thinking in investing in a snow blower this year to save my back.
we live in the midwest and the winters can be pretty bad.
the last few years have been really good, only a few storms but the snow can get up to a foot high.
if you are looking for a good blower for a good size area where you may get snow a foot or more then go with the large size. it doesn't matter on the brand name, they all work well.
if you live in a warmer climate where you never get over a few inches, then you can go with the smaller of the two.
we have had 2, on small and one large. the larger one was easier to work with in regards to the snow.
make sure your funnel (where the snow blows out of) can be adjusted (you don't want to blow it on areas you have already cleared). get one with a key start and get a warranty on it. it's only about 25 or 50 dollars more and the warranty will last a couple of years. you can usually renew as well.

Yes, I would absolutley recommend Toro snowblowers. I live in Minnesota and deal with plenty of thick heavy snow. I have a four acre yard with a very large driveway. The toro is old, but always does its job. It saves alot of backbreaking work, is light and powerful.

Toro snow blower - can't get it off of high rev?

I bought a used Toro 10 HP snow blower electric start. It had been stored in my outside shed for about a year. Went to start it up and it runs in high rev and won't come down to a normal speed. Any suggestions as to what may be wrong (choke seems to be okay) and how to fix.
It sounds as though the speed lever is on high, or else the choke is stuck. Either will force the motor to rev in the high position. Try spraying some engine cleaner into the air intake (may have to remove the filter to access the intake valve)

What is the proper procedure on turning on a TORO snow blower?

i kind of know but since we bought it used i dont know. i use it for like 10 minutes and it shuts off.
Here's the method that I use, First turn the key to on, turn the choke to full, pump the bulb 3-6 times, then pull the rope or turn on the ignition switch.
It sounds as if you aren't turning the choke off. After the motor warms up you can turn the choke completely off.

toro 2450 snow blower is losing compression and will not start?

I am a mechanic . If it has no compression it could be as simple as a valve stuck open. Sometimes after they have set the valve stem get rust on it and sticks. If it is just losing compression gradually it probably has a broken ring. Try starting fluid to get it running. If it has a broken ring some times it will start with starting fluid. It still wont last though.

check to see if there is anything jammed in the augers or the 2nd stage impeller.snowblowers like to eat anything not just snow..

check to see if the shear pin on the shaft is broken.if you can turn the drum by hand it is broken replace it ,don,t know if it is a belt drive or gear, check for a broken belt or broken gear.also check out the engaging leaver cable if it ,s to loose the drive for the drum wont engage .that's the best i can do with out seeing the unit,most of the time when i get them it,s the shear pin .you can get them at any hardware store.
