I have a Toro snowblower. It will start and run for a few minutes and then it cuts out. I think one of the problems is that the choke lever slides out on an incline and thus makes the engine cut out.

I was given a Toro Snowblower CCR 1000, (3HP) and it is missing the primer bulb. Currently I use a turkey baster head to prime with. Where is the model number on this snowblower? How do I know which primer bulb matches? Thanks!

it suddenly stopped working while I was using it. Prime it and starts with gas that was primed then dies. Has new gas and filter this year.
The carburetor is probably gummed up from sitting. Make sure the gas is fresh and the spark plug is clean. Just keep trying to keep it running and when it starts to die hit the primer.
