Decent but Be Aware of it's Limitations
The Toro Power Curve is not a bad machine for the right situations. At times I've been impressed by its effort-- but ultimately my needs were more than it could handle. I give it a mostly positive recommendation, but before buying just make sure you aren't expecting too much from this... -
excellent product!!!
Have shoveled, bladed, & blown lots of snow in 55 yrs. Last snowblower was craftsman gas blower that is still working out at the farm. I am 64 & needed something lightweight & powerful that I can pick up & move as I need to! Very easy for one person to assemble. This is the tkt. I just came in...

I bought a used John Deere TRS21 snowblower and it has manual as well as electric start the cord did not come with it. it looks like it will take a standard extension cord. Is this true?
Yes, I have one also. I have the factory lead which is like any heavy duty extension cord you can buy at any hardware store.
v8 powered walk behind snow blower
My snowblower suddenly stop move forward and back ward. But the engine is on and the blower still works.
Does it worth to fix it or replace with a new one. Mine is a 6 horsepower one purchased 10 years ago.

Ultralight electric snow thrower
15 by 12 by 52 inches; 12-1/2 pounds
7-1/2 amp electric motor throws snow to 20 feet, cuts 6-inches deep and 12-inches wide per pass
I went out and got a replacement bolt that holds the handle to the frame of the snowblower. Problem is now the bolt just turns in warped way around and around instead of actually going in.
the bolt you have is either the wrong threads or it needs to be a metric would be my guess, and if your not careful the internal threads may already be damaged.

Algorithms are a fundamental component of robotic systems: they control or reason about motion and perception in the physical world. They receive input from noisy sensors, consider geometric and physical constraints, and operate on the world through imprecise actuators. The design and analysis of robot algorithms therefore raises a unique combination of questions in control theory, computational and differential geometry, and computer science. This book contains the proceedings from the 2006 Workshop on the Algorithmic Foundations of Robotics. This biannual workshop is a highly selective meeting of leading researchers in the field of algorithmic issues related to robotics. The 32 papers in this book span a wide variety of topics: from fundamental motion planning algorithms to applications in medicine and biology, but they have in common a foundation in the algorithmic problems of robotic systems.

These things could only happen to me
I’ve been snake bit this past week. In fact, one of the few bad things that didn’t happen to me was being bit by a snake. I hope I didn’t just jinx myself.
Our weekend started innocently enough, leaving on Friday to visit Sarah’s family for her dad’s birthday party.
I was hesitant about leaving as the forecast called for snow, not that I’m afraid to drive in snow mind you. I’m more worried about the “other guy.”
The “other guy” is always that guy that thinks because they have four-wheel drive they can still do 65 miles per hour in white out conditions with a thin layer of ice on the road. Then the “other guy” always ends up right behind me, with his high beams on — upset he’s stuck behind a slow moving vehicle.
That just about encompassed half of my trip as we hit snow in the mountains of Pennsylvania. Of course, I’m stressing out the entire way while Sarah and Mady snore contently in the backseat.
